In this video tutorial, I will demonstrate how to create a weave-less wire amulet. The tutorial will cover the following steps:

1. Preparing the Frame: Instructions on how to prepare the frame for your amulet.
2. Setting Up for the Stone: Guidance on how to set up the frame to securely hold the stone.
3. Adding Wires and Components: Steps to incorporate wires and additional components into your design.
4. Setting Focal and Accent Stones: Techniques for placing both focal and accent stones effectively.
5. Finishing Touches: Final steps to complete your creation.

The piece ‘Fantasia’ was inspired by nostalgia, particularly influenced by ‘The NeverEnding Story.’

Materials:

Wire::

• 1 m of 0.6 mm (22 ga) wire
• 1 m of 1.6 mm (14 ga) wire
• 1 m of 0.8 mm (20 ga) half round wire
• 2 m of 1 mm (18 ga) square wire

Gemstones:

• 1 x pear cabochon 25 mm (chose in drop down menu)
• 1 x 8 mm brilliant cut round gemstone or CZ (chose in drop down menu)
• 3 x 2 mm copper bead
• 2 x 2.5 mm copper beads
• 5 x 3 mm copper beads
• 4 x 5 mm copper beads
• 4 x 6 mm copper beads

Tools you will need (not included):

• Flush cutters
• Round nose pliers
• Chain nose pliers
• Bent nose pliers (optional)T-pin
• Steel block
• Domed chasing hammer
