PDF TUTORIAL

'Filigree link bracelet' 

In this tutorial, I will lead you through the process of creating an elegant filigree link bracelet. You will learn how to craft the individual elements for the detailed wire designs, securely attach a small faceted stone, and assemble all the components. Additionally, I will demonstrate how to make your own jump rings and clasp, allowing you to construct the entire piece from scratch.

What materials are required (not included):

Wire :
• 1 m (39.4”) of 1 mm (18 ga) wire
• 1 m (39.4”) of 1.3 mm (16 ga) wire
• 5 m (196.7”) of 0.6 mm (22 ga) square wire

Stones:
• 6-10 x 4mm round cut faceted gemstones (I have used garnet for mine)

Tools required (not included):
• Chain-nose pliers
• Flat-nose pliers
• Needle-nose pliers
• Round-nose pliers
• Flush cutters
• Steel block
• Domed chasing hammer
• Vernier caliper (Optional, but I find it very useful when doing symmetrical pieces)
• Polishing materials to finish your piece
