BOOK kit - Shiloh pendant

THIS IS A KIT TO ACCOMPANY THE PROJECT 'SHILOH' IN MY WIRE WORK BOOK 'TWISTED'. You must have purchased the book in order to be able to use this kit. If you do not have a copy of my book yet, you can find it in the it in the 'Book' section.

In this tutorial, I want to show you how to create a ladder bezel to set a flat bed cabochon. This is an easy technique, great for beginners who want to learn how to set a focal stone. I will also show you how to make a figure of eight bail and create a coil setting for an accent stone. (you can use a drilled bead instead if you are not comfortable with setting undrilled stones yet).

Wire:

• 1 m of 0.8 mm (20 ga) square wire
• 5 m of 0.4 mm (26 ga) wire

Beads & gemstones:

• 4 x 2 mm copper beads
• 4x 2.5 mm copper bead
• 4 x 3 mm copper bead
• 3 x 4 mm copper bead
• 3 x 5 mm copper bead1
•  x 6 mm flat-back garnet
• 1 x 40 mm dragon vein marquise cabochont. The design can be adapted to other stone shapes.

Tools required: (not included)

• Fine tipped flush cutters
• Chain nose pliersRound nose pliers
• Bent nose pliers (optional)
