In this tutorial, I will guide you through the process of creating a woven frame, bail, and stone setting using a single set of base wires. You will learn how to set a gemstone in a bail and create a prong-set gemstone accent.

Materials:

Wire:

• 5 m of 0.4 mm (26 ga) round wire
• 1 m of 0.6 mm (22 ga) round wire
• 2 m of 0.8 mm (20 ga) square wire

Stones & findings:

• 3 x 2 mm copper beads
• 1 x 14 mm focal pear cabochon
• 1 x 10 mm oval or pear accent cabochon
• 8 mm round CZ or gemstone

Tools required (not included):

• Heavy duty cutters
• Chain nose pliers
• Flat nose pliers
• Round nose pliers
• Bent nose pliers (optional)
• Bail making pliers (optional)
• Polishing materials
