'Meraki pendant'

In this tutorial I will show you how to create a layered, woven wire pendant using drilled oval bead as the focal. I will show you how to create the weaves, seat the bead arrange the weaves and set accent stones and beads.

Materials:

Wire:

• 2 m of 0.8 mm (20 ga) wire
• 1 m of 0.6 mm (22 ga) wire
• 5 m of 0.4 mm (26 ga) wire

Beads & gemstones:

• 16 mm or 18 mm drilled oval bead
• 4 x 2 mm copper beads
• 2 x 2.5 mm copper beads
• 2 x 3 mm copper beads
• 1 x 4 mm copper bead
• 1 x 5 mm copper bead
• 1 x 8 mm CZ (choose colour from drop down menu)

Tools required (not included):

• Fine tipped flush cutters
• Chain nose pliers
• Round nose pliers
• Bent nose pliers (optional
• )Chasing hammer
• Steel block
