THIS IS A PDF TUTORIAL FOR MY 'MANI' PENDANT DESIGN
In this PDF tutorial I will show you how to design and construct a whimsical wire pendant with an articulated component. I will show you how to construct the frame, create detail and add components as well as how to set various stones.
Also included is a basic version of my weave library as well tips and tricks, tools and materials list.
Material you will need are as follows: (not included)
Wire:
• 1 m of 1.6 mm (14 ga) wire
• 1 m of 1 mm (18 ga) wire
• 1 m of 0.4 mm (26 ga) wire
• 1 m of 2 mm 12 ga) half round wire
Gemstones & beads:
• 1 x oval, 18 mm cabochon
• 2 x 4 mm round cut gemstone
• 1 x 5 mm round cut gemstone
• 1 x 8 mm round cut CZ or gemstone
• 2 x 2 mm copper beads
• 2 x 2.5 mm copper beads
• 2 x 3 mm copper beads
• 3 x 4 mm copper beads
• 1 x 5mm copper beads
Tools you will need (not included):
• Flush cutters
• Chain nose pliers
• Round nose pliers
• Bent nose pliers (optional)
• Hammer and steel block
• Polishing materials
