In this video tutorial I will show you how to create an amulet using a large, drilled bead and a diamond cut stone. This is an advanced design and is not suitable for beginners. This is a magical piece inspired by the great J.R.R Tolkien and his wicked imagination! Hope you enjoy!
What you will receive:
Wire:
- 5 m of 0.4 mm (26 ga) wire
- 3 m of 1 mm (18 ga) wire
Gemstones:
- 1 x 14 mm round bead or similar
- 1 x 8 mm round cut gemstone or CZ
- 1 x 6 mm round bead
- 10 x 2 mm copper beads
- 1 x 3 mm copper bead
- 1 x 4 mm copper bead
- 1 x 5 mm copper bead
Tools you will need:
- Flush cutters
- Round nose pliers
- Chain nose pliers
- Bent nose pliers (optional)
- T-pin
- Steel block
- Domed chasing hammer
