In this tutorial want to show you how create a 3D wire woven basket/amphora. This was a fun little project. This is an intricate wire work design teaching a basked weaving technique applied to wire work. Going 3D is a lot of fun but comes with its own challenges but the end result is worth it! I Have fun! What you will need to make this design:

Wire:

• 1.3 mm (16 ga) wire
•  0.4 mm (26 ga) wire

Beads findings & gemstones:

• Large wood bead 15 mm - 20 mm
• Round bead 8 mm - 10 mm
• 3 mm round micro faceted beads
• 3 mm to 5 mm teardrop gemstones
• Metal beads 3 mm
• Metal beads 4 mm
• 10 mm jumprings
• Big-link chain
• 4 mm jump rings
  

Tools required:

• Heavy duty cutters
• Chain nose pliers
• Round nose pliers
• Polishing materials
